Important Service Details
Check-In:
For hotel setups, please ensure you are fully checked in and that any security deposits are settled prior to our arrival. We are unable to check in on behalf of clients. If check-in is incomplete, we will not be able to access the room, and your booking may be cancelled.
Room Access:
Upon confirmation, you will receive your decorator’s name. Please add this name to your hotel reservation so we can retrieve your key from the front desk for setup.
Setup Time:
Standard setups typically begin at the time listed on your booking confirmation. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 30 minutes, a $30 late fee may apply, or your booking may be cancelled.
During Setup:
Setups take approximately 2–3 hours. For safety and quality, clients cannot be present during this time, but progress photos can be sent upon request
