Important Service Details
Check-In: I do not check in on behalf of clients. Please ensure you are fully checked in and that your hotel’s security deposit is paid before our arrival. If check-in is not complete, we will not be able to access the room and your booking may be cancelled.
Room Access: You will be provided your decorator’s name upon booking confirmation. Please add this name to your hotel reservation so we can retrieve a key from the front desk for setup.
Setup Time: Standard setup typically begins at the time listed on your booking confirmation (e.g., 4:00 PM). There is a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late. After 30 minutes, a $30 late fee may apply or your booking may be cancelled.
During Setup: Setups take approximately 2–3 hours. For safety and quality, clients cannot be in the room during this time, but progress photos can be sent upon request.
Decor Items: All items are yours to keep. We do not return to collect or clean up décor after your event.
